How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

We express ship all our packages. Packages should arrive within 2-3 business days. However Canada Post delivery time does depend on your location in Canada. Packages may be delayed during holidays.


What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

Payment is made using Interac E-transfer. If you use online banking with a Canadian bank or credit union, then sending a transfer takes just a couple of minutes. Instructions will be provided with your online invoice and orders ship only after E-Transfer have been received. If we receive your payment by 9 am PST (12pm EST), your order ships that business day, or else it ships the next business day. If you are new to Interac E-transfers, please visit

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

We’re one of 120+ dispensaries in Vancouver (over 200 in Canada) that are NOT operating under the federally-approved medical marijuana system. To qualify under the federal system, you’ll need to get a doctor’s approval and Health Canada’s permission to purchase from one of the 26 licensed producers. City Hall and VPD have allowed dispensaries to proliferate so people can safely access medicine, so long as there are no sales to minors or any gang affiliations. There are about 20 mail order marijuana sites in Vancouver. Vancouver has been shipping weed in the mail since the 90’s and to date, we know of no-one who has ever been charged with receiving pot in the mail. That being said, there is still a risk on both ends as we are not working with any federal approval.


How do I place an Order?

Here’s a step-by-step guide on placing your order online with
  1. Locate the products you are interested in ordering by going to
  2. Click on the desired product(s), choose your quantity then click “Add to Cart”
  3. When you have all your products in your shopping cart, and are ready to Checkout, click on the shopping cart icon (top-right of your screen) and you will be redirected to the View Cart page
  4. Check to see if everything looks right, if you have a coupon code, enter in the code and click Apply Coupon. When you’re ready click on the green Proceed to Checkout button
  5. In the Checkout page, you will need to login with your email address and password. If this is your first time registering with us, you will need to provide your email and choose a password and an account will be set up for you
  6. Once you’ve filled in all the required fields, you’ll need to accept the Terms and Conditions (located on the bottom of the page) then click “Place Order”
  7. On the Checkout Confirmation page, you will see your order number and instructions on sending an Interac E-transfer. Orders only ship after E-transfer has been received
  8. Once we collect your E-Transfer, your order will be processed and will ship the following business day. We’ll email your Canadapost tracking number as soon as available.
9. Congrats, you have now placed your order!

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

If you would like to edit your order, you’ll need to enter a new order and we will cancel your original order. Please reply to the order email if you wish to cancel. Otherwise, contact us here. All order edits/cancels are made on a best-efforts basis.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes, you must create an account and confirm that you are of eligible age. Only qualified clients over the age of 19 who live in Canada are able to purchase marijuana through our site. There are absolutely no exceptions to this rule.

How Do I Track My Order?

We ship all orders with Canada Post. Every package is first confirmed, and then receives a tracking number. You’ll get that tracking number as soon as your order is finalized, and you can use it to track your package.

How Can I Return a Product?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns and do not issue refunds. On a case-by-case basis, we may determine that we will replace a particular product to you or to persons generally. This is strictly at our discretion. We will work with you to address any and all concerns you have so please reach out and provide us with your concerns and reasons, as well as any evidence that you think supports your position. We will review this and reply. That said, we will not replace any product that was lost in the mail or ceased in the mail for any reason whatever, or what was damages or lost by reason of your actions or failure to act, or by reasons that we cannot control or could not foresee.

Here’s how you can earn points and convert points into savings. Earn points on every dollar spent.
  1. For each $1 you spend, you earn 1 point.
  2. To redeem your points, it's for every 100 points, you get $2.
  3. Rewards points will not be earned on wholesale products.
